I have booked a transfer. What happens now?
Completed your booking, the details are entered directly into our system. Our booking department then organizes your transfer according to the information you provided in the reservation. Be sure that you provide the correct information when booking, as the booking department cannot be held responsible for errors during the transfer. Check the details on the voucher before to travel, and inform us immediately if there is anything to change.
What is included in the price?
The price includes a one-way journey. If you booked a round trip, be sure to have both vouchers with you for the routes booked. Our shared transfers are priced per passenger, as far as private cars and vans, these are priced per vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: Child seats, excess luggage, etc, have extra charges. In case, contact us for more information.
Child & infant: what to do
All infants (0-2yrs) and children (3-11yrs) must be included in the booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle and space is provided. Italian laws regarding the use of child seats for infants and children. If you are booking a private transfer, we recommend to write in ‘’additional notes’’ that you need booster or child seats for those under the age of 12, for safety purposes. Our shared services are provided by minibus or coach, so it is not possible to use a child seat because the vehicles don’t have compatible seating.
How do i find my driver?
Instructions for finding your driver will be written on your voucher. TMTS won’t be responsible for any errors or failed service resulting from not having the booking voucher with you. If, for any reason, you are unable to locate your driver, please call us as soon as possible. Our multilingual emergency help line is 24h/7days.
How much luggage can I take with me?
One standard luggage (70cm x 47cm x 21cm) and one hand luggage per passenger. Don’t forget that your hand luggage will be transported in the car/shuttle with you. Please write in ‘’additional notes’’ if you are travelling with excess luggage: additional costs could be charged.
Shuttle transfer: how long must i wait?
The maximum waiting time for shared service is one hour from the time you exit the baggage reclaim hall and locate our driver or assistant. We will not accept complaints regarding a waiting time of less than one hour.
